Upon entering, cookies welcomed me, and the check-in was smooth. While the staff was generally accommodating, hints of rudeness from a breakfast attendant were disappointing. The pool area lacked shaded spots. Clean rooms balanced these nuisances.

I booked a big room with television, a microwave and a refrigerator. The personnel was affable and amazingly efficient. The location was nice for first time visitors to Middleburg. I loved being in the shopping area of Middleburg close enough to Middleburg and soccer fields and stores.

Not ideal for families, honestly

The morning staff was super helpful, Tony checked us in quickly and made it easy for us to settle in! And the breakfast crew was top notch, kept everything filled and fresh even for those lazy mornings.

It wasn't cheap, but at least it was acceptable.

Having a restaurant inside or room service would be great as I didn't have a car to get food so I had to plan ahead but I would go back.

I spent two nights in a cozy room with two queen beds, and I loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and enjoying the sun loungers by the poolside. Just a heads up, the outdoor space could use more shaded seating to make it more inviting for families. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend it 😊

Housekeeping may not work according to your schedule, as the room service didn't arrive until the afternoon, missing peak times for families with kids napping. You might want to watch out for the door slamming hard upon closing, as this can be disruptive if you're trying to sneak in or out without waking others. More shaded outdoor lounge areas would enhance comfort for families visiting relatives nearby. Currently, the setup leaves something to be desired, especially in sunny Florida.

The queen room was really good with its comfort, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the customizable waffles. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were unhelpful, causing a disappointing start to the day. The pool area lacked sufficient shade for relaxation. There's potential for improvement in both service and amenities.

the air conditioning was a bit off. but the full breakfast had variety. the blackout shades worked great to block out light. and the room was quiet to outside noises.

I had a comfortable 3-night stay. The king room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the cute atmosphere and overall organization.

My family felt totally at home during our 3-night stay! The pool was clean and comfy. The all-day coffee service was a real perk. I appreciated the nice-sized fridge and microwave in our room for snacks. Super close to restaurants too, made dinners easy!

The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping areas and stores. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with options like strawberry waffles. the friendly staff, like Andy, provide excellent customer service and promptly address any issues.

Elevators have been reported to have a slight smell of hydraulic fluid.
